About the Role This role sits at the heart of a homecare operation keeping clients covered caregivers coordinated and everything running on schedule. Youll own the full scheduling lifecycle from building out shifts in HHA Exchange to managing billing and EVV compliance while serving as the go-to point of contact for clients families and vendors alike.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coverage
Build and maintain client schedules in HHA Exchange based on individual care needs
Coordinate with caregivers to ensure full client coverage at all times
Handle shift changes and manage substitutions as they arise
Client & Vendor Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families on all staffing and EVV matters
Communicate with vendors regarding monthly authorizations and ensure timely entry into HHA Exchange
Billing & Compliance
Manage billing for each member and verify proper EVV for all aides
Adjust missed clock-ins and clock-outs via timesheets as needed
Documentation & HR Coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Liaise with HR when clients wish to enroll a personal caregiver and follow through until the aide is active on schedule
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer software; experience with HHA Exchange a plus
Excellent organizational scheduling and time management abilities
High level of interpersonal skill professionalism and discretion
