POSITION DESCRIPTION: Cleaning Specialist

Job Description:
- Work as part of a small team to complete timely thorough cleaning of assigned spaces following established checklists and protocols.
- Accurately follow all safety and sanitation procedures including proper use of chemicals disinfectants and equipment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on-site.
- Coordinate closely with team members and on-site staff to keep work on schedule.
- Attain familiarity with site-specific cleaning specifications and requirements providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exhibit proficiency efficiency and professionalism in all areas of job performance.
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing tasks and looking for ways to add value to the job and serve the customer.
Job Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions precisely and consistently.
- Proper safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment with willingness to learn site-specific protocols.
- Professional communication and demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Availability to work 10:00 am 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Position Ideal Qualifications: Experience in janitorial services environmental services or hospitality housekeeping.
Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors.
- Frequently lifts carries pushes or otherwise moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently walks stands bends stoops and moves quickly between rooms.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
