Class A CDL Trainee – Paid Training Program

Pay

• OTR pay scale average weekly earnings from $1200 up to $1800 as you build tenure
• $1000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus program
• $15 stop pay

New to Trucking Heres Exactly What to Expect

• Trainee pay of $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start

Route & Freight

• Runs across 27 states everything east of Denver excluding New England
• 1800 to 2200 miles weekly
• Live load live unload preload and drop and hook

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks with options to discuss alternate schedules
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected holidays open to discuss

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome or 6 months of verifiable solo experience
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
