Job Summary

We are launching a Paid CDL-A Finishing Program designed for entry-level drivers who want to gain confidence behind the wheel. Spend 4 to 6 weeks learning the ropes from a seasoned fleet mentor while getting paid then transition directly into a high-paying solo OTR driver role.

The Perks:

No Fingerprinting Freight: 100% drop-and-hook or live-unload dry van freight. No physical labor.

Home Time & Routes:

Running Area: Nationwide OTR freight network (all 48 states).
Time Out: 2 weeks on the road followed by earned home time (1 day off per week away).

Requirements:

Active Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A).
Minimum age of 21.
Ready to learn and commit to excellent safety practices.
