The Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective support to the claims team to ensure good relations with clients and brokers and that accurate records are established and maintained

• Location:Miami FL - New Orleans LA - Atlanta GA

• Hourly rate for this role is:$21.75 - 32.50 depending on experience
  

• Location: Houston TX - Chicago IL

• Hourly rate for this role is:$24.00 - 35.75 depending on experience

• Work Arrangement:This role is hybrid where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week

Your new role

• Manages new claims enquiries reviewing policy records and creating new claims.

• Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provides technical advice and guidance in areas of expertise.

• Respond to requests for claims advice and Management Information/reporting.

• Undertakes additional administration duties related to claims processing.

• Develop a good working knowledge of claims systems.

• Handles a portfolio of delegated authority claims.

• Contributes to the claims handling plans.

• Develop an understanding of relevant internal policies processes and procedures.

• Acts as a point of reference to guide and advise others.

Work Experience:

Preferred Work Experience includes:

• Experience in Commercial insurance services in a similar role.

• Customer service experience

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Bilingual English/Spanish (must have)
  

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the roles complexity its location and the candidates professional background including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBEs annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual encourage all candidates to apply even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
