CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER LAND DEVELOPMENT

The Civil Engineering Project Manager (Land Development) will lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership project execution client satisfaction and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site development and residential land development projects
Direct internal design teams and subconsultants
Develop scopes cost proposals and negotiate contracts
Manage project budgets schedules and resources
Maintain and grow client relationships
Supervise mentor and develop engineering staff
Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects
Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery

Requirements

8 years of land development project management experience
Strong civil engineering and technical expertise
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Leadership and team management experience
