As our Maintenance Manager youll lead the team that keeps our manufacturing palletizing and conveyor systems running safely and reliably. Youll partner with Plant Engineering vendors and contractors to bring in new equipment drive continuous improvement through TPM principles and build a safety-first culture across the department. This role offers the chance to shape equipment strategy develop future leaders and make a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of the products were proud to make.
What Youll Do:
Lead the Maintenance teams daily operations preventive maintenance program and safety practices across bottling de-palletizing palletizing and conveyor systems
Select new equipment and packaging systems negotiate pricing and delivery and plan installations in partnership with Plant Engineering vendors and contractors
Develop and implement TPM strategies and continuous improvement plans to boost line efficiency and reduce changeover times
Coach and develop Maintenance supervisors and operators through performance reviews training and individual development plans
Manage the departments operating budget critical spare parts inventory and compliance with OSHA and EPA
Required:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Prior supervisory experience
Strong planning and organizational skills
Preferred:
Degree in Engineering or a related field
