This is a long-term full-time on-site positionlocatedin Wasco CA.
Responsibilitiesmay include but are not limited to the following:
Support field construction oversight activities to help ensure work is performedin accordance withproject requirements specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors inspectors project teams and stakeholders to facilitate construction activities and resolve field issues.
Monitor and document civil construction activities involving earthwork grading drainage improvements utility installations and related infrastructure.
Support oversight of catenary pole foundation and base installation activities.
Assistwith oversight of cabletroughinstallation and associated civil construction activities.
Review construction work for compliance with approved plans specifications safety requirements and project procedures.
Track construction progress and provide field reporting documentation and status updates.
Coordinate material deliveries staging inventory tracking and fieldlogistics.
Support construction engineering inspection and quality assurance activities.
Participate in field meetings coordination meetings and contractor progress reviews.
Assistwithidentifying documenting and resolving construction issues and potential risks.
Support project closeout activities punch list development and documentation turnover.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in civil engineering construction management engineering technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-5 years of experience supporting construction engineering inspection field engineering owners representative program management or construction management activities on infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting field-based construction activities involving civil infrastructure transportation utility rail transit or heavy civil projects.
Experience reviewing plans specifications construction documents and field reports.
Knowledge of construction means and methods contractor coordination and field documentation practices.
Experience coordinating with contractors engineers inspectors and project stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and construction schedules.
Ability to work full-time in a field-based construction environment.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites asrequired.
Proficiencywith construction documentation software document management systems and field reporting tools.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g. Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
Experience supporting rail transit or railroad infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting catenary systems utility installations drainage improvements earthwork grading or track-related infrastructure construction.
Experience supporting Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) owners representative or construction management assignments.
Experience with Bluebeam Procore Primavera P6 Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar construction management platforms.
Compensation Details
Expected Salary:$85k-$115k/year ($41-$55/hour).Lusterprovidesthe salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidates level of experience knowledge skills abilities education certifications licenses geographic location etc. Luster reserves the right toultimately paymore or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local state and/or federal law.
