JOB TITLE: Cocktail ServerDEPARTMENT: Beverage - Service BarJOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for walking thecasino floor and/or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our Guests in a timely JOB FUNCTIONS:Supportingand promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesWorks well with others especially beverage servers bartenders barbacks beverage supervisor and slots supervisorStrictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully slow down a guest or cut off an intoxicated guest when write down every guest drink.
