ChoirChoral Aide- Kinawa & Chippewa (EDUSTAFF)

SUMMARY:

Assists the lead choir teacher in providing instructional support for middle school choir students. The following is preferred:

• Choral background
• Formal music training in voice or piano
• Accompanist skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

1. Help students as they complete lessons delivered by music teacher;
2. Collaborates with music teacher for the purpose of communicating information resolving issues and providing services;
3. Reports to music/choral/band director/teacher;
4. Attends meetings and in-service presentations for the purpose of acquiring and/or conveying information relative to job functions;
5. Assists in monitoring supplementary work providing small group instruction for students;
6. Attend scheduled concerts.
