• Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility transfers and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisory staff
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry cleaning and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Prior experience in home care assisted living or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Monmouth County
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
• Ability to work flexible hours including days evenings and weekends as needed
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
