Champion food safety hygiene and OH&S standards with confidence and consistency.
Manage stock ordering and costs to keep the kitchen running at its best.

The Person

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for the Chef role.
Proven experience as a Chef for the Chef role.
Previous experience as a Cook for the Cook role.
Confident preparing high-volume meals without compromising quality or presentation.
Strong food safety knowledge with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
