Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality meals ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
Develop creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Oversee kitchen staff ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory order supplies and control food costs.
Collaborate with owner to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable dining experiences.
Qualifications:
Desire to create a new concept.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and no evenings!
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
