Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Surgery team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support in the operating room specifically focusing on Neuro procedures while maintaining a sterile environment and assisting in the training of new staff.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Surgery team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support in the operating room specifically focusing on Neuro procedures while maintaining a sterile environment and assisting in the training of new staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
- Provide support to surgeons during procedures ensuring all instruments and equipment are available and functional.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Document all relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Float to similar units as needed within the OR.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a surgical setting specifically in Neuro.
- Experience with Epic general surgical techniques and da Vinci robotic systems.
License Required: Active MN CST certification at the time of submission.
Certificates Required: BLS certification.

- On-Call Requirements: Neuro on call.
- Weekend Rotation: As needed.
- Holiday Requirements: As needed.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with medical/religious exemptions allowed.
