This position is responsible for resident care in accordance withestablishedpolicies and procedures and standards of nursing practices as delineated by Hale Ho Aloha including rehabilitation and restorative nursing and therapeutic over 50 years weve cared for Hawaiʻis kupuna in a warm plantation-style home nestled atop Pacific Heightswith panoramic views of downtown Honolulu and Oahus south be part of a team where compassion respect and aloha guide everything we Grads welcome training is offeredOpen Shifts for Full-Time-Day Shift (7:00am-3:30pm) Evening Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) and Night Shift (11:00pm-7:30am)Parking is available for evening and night shiftsUp to $500 Sign on BonusEssential Duties:Assist the RN and/or the LPN in the provision of rehabilitation and restorative nursing services through the performance of tasks as delegated by and under the supervision of the RN and established care plan interventions while performing residents basic nursing services to assist the residents in practicing and maintaining activities of daily living skills as delegated and supervised by the RN and selected treatments and procedures as directed or delegated by the RN and documentation requirement in the residents medical recordsRequirements:Current State of Hawaii Certification as a Nurses AideFirst Aid & CPR CertificationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Exam (within 1 year)2 Step TB followed by 1 Step TB (within 1 year)2 References RequiredGood written verbal non-verbal and active listening communication skills
