About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week long-term care contract opportunity in Clarkston Washington. This role supports residents with daily care needs safety checks transportation medication assistance and social-emotional support in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living mobility transport and safety needs
Support medication assistance and complete routine resident checks
Provide compassionate social-emotional support to enhance resident outcomes
Document care accurately and communicate changes to nursing staff
Work with nurses and the care team to maintain a safe and supportive LTC environment
Requirements
Active Washington State CNA Certification Required
CPR And First Aid Certifications Required
Nurse Delegation Certification For Nursing Assistants Required
WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Mental Health Specialty And Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training Required
High school diploma or GED required; PointClickCare medication passing TB testing N95 fit testing background checks and 3 references required
