Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: Westerville OH Full-Time On-SiteEnjoy a predictable Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime.

Note: To qualify candidates must hold a Medical Assistant Certification have 1 year of medical office experience and maintain current CPR certification. Knowledge of sterile technique is required. Dental office or oral pathology experience is a plus but not required.

Job Description

• Assist physicians with oral biopsies laser procedures and other specialized treatments.
• Prepare examination rooms surgical instruments and procedure trays.
• Communicate with patients regarding procedures biopsy results and follow-up care under clinical direction.
• Take vital signs document patient histories and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Sterilize medical instruments and maintain proper infection control standards.
• Provide clear compassionate instructions and support patients throughout their visits.
• Coordinate patient callbacks prescription communications and daily clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control procedures.
• Strong patient communication organizational and computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Dental office oral pathology or ENT experience preferred.
• GE Centricity experience is a plus but not required.
