Salary: $70000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead all daily center operations
- Recruit hire mentor and retain exceptional educators
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
- Drive enrollment growth and family retention
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
- Manage staffing scheduling and operational budgets
- Build lasting relationships with families and the local community
- Create a positive culture focused on collaboration accountability and excellence
- Previous Center Director or Preschool Director experience preferred
- Massachusetts Director I & II Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC licensing
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for coaching educators and developing high-performing teams
