This is more than a driving job! Youll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a quality experience by delivering repaired vehicles performing quality control inspections and helping maintain an organized efficient service department.

What Youll Do

• Safely transport and deliver customer commercial vehicles.
• Perform post-repair test drives and quality control inspections.
• Organize and maintain the service lot including fueling and securing vehicles.
• Represent RWC Group with professionalism during every customer interaction.
• Follow all DOT regulations company safety policies and dealership procedures.
• Support the Service Department with additional responsibilities as needed.

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record (safety sensitive position).
• Enjoys working with customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
• Has a positive attitude strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
• Has experience operating commercial trucks; dealership or mechanical experience is a plus.
