Role Overview
- Spot and reposition trailers within the plant yard.
- Assist road drivers with yard-related needs.
- Monitor yard equipment and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate trailer movements with plant and transportation teams.
- Complete equipment inspections and follow established yard safety procedures.
- Support other assigned yard operations tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL.
- At least three months of experience; qualifying experience criteria will be confirmed during screening.
- Yard jockey experience relevant to trailer spotting and yard operations.
- Availability to work MondaySaturday from 4:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Lancaster plant each day.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maneuver equipment safely in a working yard.
