CDL-A Trainee Program

Hook Intro

Fresh out of CDL school Dont jump straight into a solo run. Spend a few weeks learning the ropes from an experienced driver get paid the whole time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Pass a hair and urine drug screen

The Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks paired one-on-one with a veteran driver
• Guaranteed $850 weekly pay direct deposit every Friday
• Roll straight into full solo pay once youre cleared
• Pick weekly or bi-weekly home time after training

Once Youre Solo

• $1300 to $1500 average weekly gross
• Top 20% of our drivers clear $1800 weekly
• Performance and safety bonuses stack on top

On the Job

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections every run
