$5000 Split Sign-On Bonus: Paid out directly to keep cash flowing:

$1000 per driver right after hauling your first load.

$500 per driver at the 30 60 and 90-day marks.

Route Equipment & OTR Lifestyle

The Schedule: Run hard for 2 weeks on the road followed by 2 full days of home time to rest and recharge.

The Lanes: Haul customer-planned freight across the lower 48 states. (Bonus: Routes rarely touch the Northeast).

Steady Freight: No fixed lanes means total flexibility keeping your team moving with a constant mix of live loads and unloads.

The Trucks: Command the highway in comfortable late-model Freightliners equipped for long-haul team comfort.

What You & Your Partner Need

Active Class A CDL.

At least 3 months of solo or team tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.

Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.

Primary residence must be within 100 miles of one of our major hub zones: Phoenix Dallas Chicago Atlanta or Oklahoma City.

Clean MVR and background check for both drivers (strictly not SAP friendly).
