CDL-A Dry Van Driver Trainee Paid Training Program

You can earn $850 a week while you learn to drive then lock in a $1000 weekly guarantee once youre solo. Freight stays on the East Coast and youre home every two weeks.

Training Pay That Actually Pays

• $850 per week for 4 to 6 weeks of training
• Short orientation 2 days or less $300 orientation pay
• Lodging covered and bus fare to orientation reimbursed

Solo Pay

• $1000/week guaranteed for 3 months after solo dispatch
• Start at $0.55 per mile up a cent per year of experience to $0.65
• Average weekly pay of $1200 to $1700
• $15 stop pay plus a performance bonus plan

Where Youll Run

• Eastern planning zones only
• Loads typically stay east of the Mississippi River
• Dry van drop and hook plus live loads

Requirements

• 21 or older valid Class A CDL 120 hours CDL school
• New drivers welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the past 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug tests 3 years verifiable work history
