Adheres to driver safety and compliance regulations delivers undamaged goods on schedule and provides professional service to DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLoad and secure building materials for deliveryDeliver customer orders safely and on time to local jobsitesAssist with unloading materials while protecting customer propertyVerify delivery paperwork and maintain accurate delivery logsPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT complianceOperate forklifts or material handling equipment as neededMaintain cleanliness and routine safety checks of delivery vehiclesProvide professional customer service and help resolve issues as neededFollow all company safety procedures and practicesOther duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED21 years oldValid Class A CDL licenseMinimum 1 year of delivery driving experience preferredAbility to pass MVR review and obtain DOT medical cardLess than 5 moving violations within the last 5 yearsBasic math and communication skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITYWork is performed in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditionsMust be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequentlyMust be able to safely operate delivery vehicles and a BFS driver youre there for our customers so were there for you.
