Pay Range:$16.00$17.75/hour
RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for apart-time Teachers Assistantto join our Child Development Center team in Lancaster MA.
Who We Seek
We are seeking a part-time Teachers Assistant to work in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old.
We are looking for someone who will encourage childrens imagination challenge their thinking skills and enhance their social and language development. The Teachers Assistant will work alongside the Lead Teacher to provide daily care education and recreation for children as well as support the daily operations of the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Assist and actively support the teachers in the program
- Supervise the daily routines of children in the classroom and during activities
- Develop a team atmosphere with the classroom teacher and other Teachers Assistants
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associates degree preferred
- Must be 18 years old
Shifts/Hours
- 22.5 hours per week
7:30 AM5:30 PM
