Job Description:
- Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM or 7:30 AM4:00 PM
- Call: 3 call shifts every 2 weeks
- Weekend Call: Required every 6 weeks
- Experience: 3 years HARDSTOP
- First-Time Traveler: Yes
- CA License: Must be active/in hand HARDSTOP
- California CLS License required
- California CRRT State License required
- Certifications/Requirements:
- ACLS
- ARRT-R
- BLS
- Fluoroscopy Permit
- Pending License: Not accepted
- RTO: No more than 7 days
- Facility: Cardiac Interventional Radiology with Structural Heart
- Rooms/Beds: 3
- Average Daily Census: 15
- Ratios/Visits: N/A
- Float: N/A
- Scrub Color: Provided
