Case Aide

The Case Aide works cooperatively with all staff in expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the case management department and general office including but not limited to the following: phone calls typing general office and clerical duties.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to case managers directors and team members.

• Prepare organize and maintain case management records reports and documentation.

• Maintain accurate client information databases and case files.

• Assist with billing invoices service agreements and financial documentation.

• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.

• Respond to phone calls emails and inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required along with additional education training or experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively.

• A positive flexible and solution-focused attitude.
