• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including:
  
  • Bathing grooming and personal hygiene
• • Dressing and toileting
• • Mobility assistance and transfers
• Support clients with memory care needs including redirection and safety supervision
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes tidying living spaces)
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-ups
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings (if applicable)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment

• Previous caregiving experience (especially with Dementia Alzheimers ALS or Parkinsons clients)
• Compassionate patient and dependable personality
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients families and team members
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to client needs
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass background check and a current TB test

• Experience with memory care and neurodegenerative conditions
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques
• Strong problem-solving and observational skills
