**Position Summary**

As a Caregiver you will play a vital role in supporting clients within the comfort of their own homes. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and take pride in delivering personalized high-quality care.

**Responsibilities**

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and mobility assistance
Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Provide transportation to appointments errands and community activities as needed
Monitor client well-being and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans

**Qualifications**

Previous caregiving home health or direct care experience preferred but not required
Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable professional and compassionate demeanor
