Caregiver

BrightStar Care of Central DuPage is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients in Bloomingdale IL. As a caregiver you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support by assisting with daily tasks mobility and personal care respectfully and professionally. This position offers a competitive wage of$19.00 per hour weekly payand flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the clients or patients needs
• Assisting with daily tasks including but not limited to: feeding meal preparation linen changes light housekeeping transportation to doctor appointments outdoor activities and shopping
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

• Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver home care assistance experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current TB Test and Work Physical
• Drivers License & reliable transportation with auto insurance
• Ability to read write speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
