Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing grooming and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Escort clients to appointments and errands
- Report changes in condition to supervisors
- Complete accurate visit documentation
- Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals
- Complete supervisory visits and assessments
What Were Looking For:
- Compassionate and reliable individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow outlined care plans
- Professional and punctual
- Experience preferred but not required
