We are seeking a compassionate dependable and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway AR.
This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers ensuring clients receive excellent care and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Care Planning
- Assist with in-home client assessments
- Support the development and updates of individualized care plans
- Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each clients care plan
Caregiver Support & Training
- Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services
- Provide follow-up training and support when needed
- Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Client Relationship Support
- Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
- Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care
- Help maintain strong positive relationships with clients and families
Backup Care Coverage
- Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
- Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur
- Model excellent caregiving standards for the team

Qualifications
- Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
- Compassionate dependable and professional
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently in clients homes
- Demonstrated reliability strong attendance and commitment to client care
