Campaign Analytics Senior Manager

• 7 years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• 3 years of management or leadership experience

• 2 years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions
• Proficiency in SQL Python / R and other programming languages
• Proficiency in Data visualization preferably with Tableau
• Experience with large production data sets
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Expertise in statistical testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience with technical systems and business processes extracting data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
• Hands-on experience of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) and data warehousing for purposes of integrating different data sources
• Experience with managing and having direct reports
• Experience using Copilot and AI prompting
• Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about customer and employee experience
• Strong track record mentoring and developing talent.

• Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved jobs posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
