CAM Machinist-2

Flowserve is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing this role you will be responsible for machining and inspecting precision-manufactured components primarily from stainless steel materials while ensuring quality safety and efficiency standards are met. Operate CNC machining equipment including 3-axis turning 5-axis turning and milling machines.
Follow engineering drawings blueprints and manufacturing documentation to produce components to specification.
Inspect machined components using measuring tools and equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean safe work environment.
Set up and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
Machine a variety of materials including stainless steel while meeting production requirements.
Troubleshoot machining issues and assist in resolving technical problems as they arise.
Support team objectives and perform additional related duties as needed.

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Ability to operate CNC machining equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments including scales and calipers.
Basic machine shop math and calculation skills.

0-2 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experience.
Experience operating CNC turning and milling equipment.
Experience machining stainless steel or similar materials.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical machining problems.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and procedures.
