Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)

Pay Range: $24.00 $26.00/hour on W2 (dependent on experience)

Rotation

• 21 days on / 9 days off
• Overtime variable based on workload

Job Description

Field Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe accurate and on-time product and service delivery. Responsibilities include attaining excellence in learning and competency events ensuring safe timely and compliant operations at the well site job location or plant including rig-up and rig-down of equipment mentoring others as required participating in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs and engaging customer contacts to promote company products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wellhead operations including conventional and multi-bowl equipment handling
• Support safe accurate and timely service delivery at well sites
• Conduct rig-up and rig-down activities
• Complete field tickets and basic reporting
• Engage with customers in the field to support service delivery
• Work collaboratively with field teams toward operational goals

Experience & Skills

Required:

• Experience with conventional and multi-bowl wellhead equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Lubricator experience (training available)
• Prior oilfield experience (drilling rigs workover rigs etc.)

Required Years of Experience

• 3 5 years of relevant experience preferred

Education / Certification Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• No mandatory certifications required upfront (can be obtained post-hire)
• Clean driving record required
