Job Summary
Job Title: Field Specialist (Oil & Gas)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Casper WY 82604 (Candidates within 45 miles preferred)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour on W2
Work Schedule
- 10 12 hour days on average.
- Hours vary based on operational demands.
Job Summary
The Field Specialist is responsible for providing safe accurate and timely product and service delivery to customers at well sites and field locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe timely and compliant operations at well sites job locations or plants.
- Perform rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Engage with customers to promote products and services.
- Attend training and competency development programs.
- Mentor team members as required.
Required Skills

- Strong safety mindset.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred (training provided).
Experience
- 1 2 years of oil & gas or related field experience preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
