The Call Center Representative at Compass Realty Inc serves as the frontline contact for clients and prospects playing a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls addressing inquiries and supporting real estate agents with lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients buyers sellers and prospects
- Respond to inquiries about property listings availability and pricing
- Schedule property showings appointments and follow-up calls for real estate agents
- Qualify leads and input information into the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers to nurture leads

- Meet call volume and customer satisfaction targets
