Due to growth and expansion of our services we are excited to be launching a new site under our Restaurant Associates sector in Perth!Were on the hunt for an experienced Cafe Chef to lead a premium corporate catering operation! This full-time role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a professional fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end dining experiences.
Youll be leading culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client focusing on fine dining executive catering and polished corporate events with occasional evening functions.
THE POSITION:
- We are looking for a passionate dedicated & experienced Chef to play a pivotal role in providing onsite catering to our corporate guests whilst offering an exceptional level of customer service
- Showcasing seasonal produce sustainability local producers & the latest industry trends
- This role will see you creating exceptional dining experiences within the corporate arena and the opportunity to advance your culinary career.
- Help guide and mentor the team to deliver to the highest standards
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Comply with OH&S and food safety guidelines
THE PERSON:
- Must hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Have experience in a comparable venue environment including multi-venue catering
- A proven ability to deliver a range of menus including canapes plated dinners buffets corporate meetings and themed special events
- Comfortable working with and leading a small team to deliver dynamic and creative events to the clients
- Thorough knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations and ability to design and implement new systems and processes
- Strong attention and respect for OH&S Food Safety & HACCP regulations
