Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst (eCommerce & Loyalty Platforms)
Tempe AZ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Looking for a System Analyst who has worked at the intersection of digital commerce loyalty programs mobile applications and customer experience platforms. This role will support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer-facing systems loyalty ecosystems digital ordering experiences and API-driven integrations.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
- Strong background in eCommerce and mobile application platforms
- Experience supporting loyalty programs customer engagement platforms or digital commerce initiatives
- Understanding of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations digital ordering checkout promotions and customer journeys
- Experience working with APIs microservices integrations and modern cloud-based architectures
- Ability to gather requirements create user stories define acceptance criteria and partner closely with engineering and product teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
