Supply Chain Program Manager Networking & Optics
Job Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain programs for networking and optical hardware products. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional execution across engineering sourcing operations manufacturing suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery supply continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain programs from planning and NPI through production and delivery ensuring milestones schedules and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with Engineering Procurement Operations Manufacturing Quality and external suppliers to resolve supply constraints and execution issues.
  • Develop and manage program plans timelines risks dependencies and key performance metrics.
  • Monitor demand capacity inventory lead times and supplier performance to identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support sourcing qualification capacity planning and production readiness activities.
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost quality delivery and supply resilience.
  • Provide regular program updates risk assessments and recommendations to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Program Management Operations or Manufacturing.
  • Strong experience managing complex cross-functional programs in a technology or hardware environment.
  • Experience with NPI supplier management production planning and supply-demand/capacity management.
  • Strong analytical organizational communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in networking optical/optics data center telecom or semiconductor hardware.
  • Familiarity with networking components such as switches routers transceivers optical modules fiber or related hardware.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers.
  • Knowledge of optical networking supply chains component qualification or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply-chain analytics tools.
