Business Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational financial and logistical projects working collaboratively with leadership and caregivers across the Ministry. This role involves project management data analysis resolving operational issues and cross functional collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Operations Manager responsibilities also include optimizing hospital or clinic resources improving patient care and enhancing operational efficiency to support operations achievement of strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree as outlined below.

Experience: One (1) year of previous experience in lieu of degree Three (3) years previous experience in areas of healthcare operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Experience in operations management preferably in a healthcare setting.

Certification: Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to independently handle multiple projects
