Business Operations Manager

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced PMO Operations Lead for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade MD.

Location: Remote role with the ability to come on-site to Fort Meade MD as needed.

In this role you will:

• Support Program Manager is execution of Business Operations for successful execution of program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract; coordinate with Peraton contracts subcontracts security staffing manager and human resources.
• Support interaction with government contracts team and technical points of contact regarding financial execution execution to contract requirements and program risk and opportunities.
• Manage deliverables execution.
• Support coordination across team and stakeholders to effectively execute program tasks to include preparation of customer and corporate presentations and reports.
• Maintain program documentation.
• Manage analysis and recommend action to programmatic challenges and issues.
• Conduct program meetings; responsible for program tracking and analysis.
• Develop detailed work plans schedules program estimates resource plans and status reports as needed.

Required:

• Minimum of Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management Business Management Economics Political Science Computer Science Engineering Law Government Contracting Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
• 12 years of experience may have supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• The ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly security clearance.

Desired:

• CAPM PMP or equivalent certification.
