Location: The Learning Experience Upper West Side New York NY
Salary: $50000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (9:30 AM6:30 PM)
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the center
- Welcome prospective and current families while providing exceptional customer service
- Support enrollment tours registration and family onboarding
- Assist with tuition billing payments and administrative recordkeeping
- Answer phones respond to emails and maintain accurate student and employee records
- Coordinate office supplies vendor communications and administrative processes
- Partner with center leadership to support enrollment growth and family retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and New York State licensing requirements
- Previous office administration or business management experience required
- Childcare preschool or early childhood education experience preferred
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Reliable professional and detail-oriented
- Ability to work the scheduled shift of 9:30 AM6:30 PM
