Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in hearings mediations depositions and trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and internal teams
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationships

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of general litigation experience
• Experience handling matters across all stages of commercial litigation
• Strong legal writing analytical thinking and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $125000 $180000 depending on experience and qualifications.
