This position will support enterprise reporting modernization efforts by assisting with report conversion dashboard development data analysis and information delivery initiatives across HR and Financial systems.
This role will help accelerate the transition from legacy reporting platforms to modern BI solutions while improving data accessibility reporting efficiency and user experience.
Expertise in developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise reporting environments
Proficiency in creating paginated and operational reports using Power BI Report Builder and comparable reporting tools
Advanced SQL knowledge including the ability to develop complex joins CTEs aggregations window functions and troubleshoot data discrepancies across large enterprise datasets
Strong ability to analyze reconcile and validate data across multiple systems and reporting sources
Expertise in designing dashboards with drill-through functionality slicers KPIs bookmarks and dynamic filtering capabilities
Knowledge of semantic models and enterprise reporting datasets including relationships hierarchies measures and report performance optimization techniques
Ability to develop reports utilizing parameterization export functionality grouping and large-volume dataset processing
Proficiency in querying and analyzing data within Databricks and cloud analytics platforms using SQL and PySpark for reporting and analytical solutions
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling reporting datasets data warehousing concepts and database design principles
Ability to perform report validation troubleshoot reporting issues and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities
Knowledge of role-based security data governance principles and reporting platform access controls
Ability to gather analyze and translate business requirements into effective reporting dashboard and analytics solutions
Strong analytical skills including data modeling data quality assurance validation and root-cause analysis
Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
