Job Summary

POSITION:Business Intelligence Analyst

FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full Time

LOCATION:Bothell WA (Hybrid)

React Health is a fast-paced growth-driven manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment dedicated to supporting patients caregivers physicians and healthcare providers. With a focuson respiratory and sleep health sectors we offer a comprehensive range of products and services across acute care non-acute care and home medical equipment. By integrating manufacturing and distribution React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting data-informed decision-making across our organization. This position willencompass both analytical and development responsibilities - gathering analyzing and interpreting business operations data to generate actionable insights while also designing andmaintainingthe data infrastructure pipelines and BI solutions that enable reporting and analytics at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least2years of experience inthe same orsimilarrole.
Bachelors degree in business administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience withbusiness intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI Tableauetc.) andproficiencyin SQL including complex queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and familiarity with data warehouse concepts and tools (e.g. Snowflake Databricksdbt or similar).

Preferred Education

Masters degree in related field

Preferred Experience

Medical/ health industry experience
Experience with NetSuite
Workingproficiencyin Python or R for data manipulation automation and analysis (e.g. pandasnumpy or equivalent libraries).
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Excellent written/oral communication skillsrequired. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Physical Demands

Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
Typically employees sit comfortably to do their work interspersed by brief periods of standing walking bending carrying papers and books and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals toaccomplishwork objectives.
Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.

Working Conditions

Predominantlyoperatesin an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of computer or networking equipment.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistentlydemonstratesthe following essential functions:

Perform data analysis to gain insights into various aspects of business performance including revenue generation customer behavior market trends and operational excellence.
Support the assessment of the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Analyze metrics related to business growth and customer retention identifyingpatternsand opportunities for improvement.
Conduct analyses toidentifyroot causes behind business challenges and contribute to proposing actionable solutions for improvement.
Development of visually appealing dashboards and data visualizations using industry-standard tools to present key business metrics and insights.
Assistin creating interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to explore data and gain actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports tomonitorperformance across variousbusiness functions such as sales finance and operations.
Write andoptimizecomplex SQL queries stored procedures and data models to extract transform and prepare data from multiple source systems.
Design build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure reliabletimely andaccuratedata delivery from source systems to the data warehouse or reporting layer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements andassistin translating them into meaningful data insights and visualization solutions.
Support documentation efforts by capturing methodologies data sources and key findings toestablisha comprehensive knowledge base for business intelligence.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of data insights and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Attends andparticipatesin departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary tomaintainappropriatelevel of professional all department compliance guidelines are met.
Attends all meetings in-services training or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
Providescustomer focusedinteractions.
Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
