Position Purpose: The Director Client Implementation leads to the successful onboarding and implementation of new client partnerships ensuring a seamless transition from sales to long-term service delivery. This role oversees the planning execution and optimization of implementation projects working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements timelines and quality standards. The Director Client Implementation serves as a strategic partner to clients providing guidance managing expectations and proactively addressing risks to ensure an exceptional implementation This position is responsible for defining best practices strengthening operational processes and driving continuous improvement to maximize client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Position Purpose: TheBusiness Development Representativeisresponsible foroutbound activity that generates new sales leads supports the Strategic Account Executives across core verticals and drives new business role willuse prospecting strategies for initial outreach to prospects be able to identify the needs and challenges of a prospective customer and position MBOs solutions accordingly. A successful Business Development Representative will leverage strong and professional communication skills to schedule discovery meetings and conduct initial discussions with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop top of funnel activity to drive increased outbound activity focused on new sales lead acquisition and lead to meeting conversions
- Prospecting and initial qualification of new leads
- Market research and discovery to further penetrate existing industries and unlock new target accounts
- Manage and maintain robust pipeline of interested prospects and engage Strategic Account Executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the lead generation process
- Track lead generation activity and provide meaningful metrics related to new opportunities and account penetration
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales business development or lead generation experience
- Proven history of exceeding targets and quotas
- Desire to learn and become an expert in our solutions industry verticals and the corporate landscape of prospects
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven success building top of funnel activities
- Team playerwith the innate ability to be a key partner to your teammates
- Excellent professional verbal and written communicator
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a creative sense of curiosity
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities to closure
- Excellent ability to develop rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization
- Compensation $100k base plus Commission
