About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding rapidly across multiple verticals Dental Medical Veterinary Optometry and Legal and we are seeking a Business Development Partner to accelerate our national growth.

This role is designed for a driven polished communicator who excels at building longterm client relationships generating new business and representing a modern hightouch recruitment brand. You will play a direct role in expanding Desorts footprint across highvalue markets.

What Youll Do

  • Build manage and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and pitch Desorts recruitment solutions
  • Strengthen Desorts presence in highdemand markets
  • Partner with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
  • Track activity pipeline performance and revenue outcomes
  • Represent the Desort brand with professionalism urgency and confidence

Compensation (CommissionOnly)

  • Unlimited commission potential
  • Biannual performance bonuses
  • Earnings range: $85000 $180000 annually depending on performance
