Job Summary

SummaryThis role is responsiblefor driving growth within the Tri-Phase distribution market by identifying new customer opportunities expanding market partnerships and establishing strategic market segment growth. This role blends strategic planning market analysis and handson execution to increase revenue improve market penetration and support longterm business distribution market trends customer needs and competitive activity to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goalsEvaluate and recommend new distribution markets territories and product opportunitiesTrack KPIs including revenue growth market performance and market expansion metricsPrepare new customer forecasts and business casesWork closely with marketing to develop promotional programs and marketspecific campaignsProvide feedback to business leadership based on market insights and customer needsProactively work to correct issues that arise that will delay the completion of the project/product sales either through direct efforts or by coordinating with appropriate resourcesBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective customer opportunitiesIn coordination with business leadership and outside sales negotiate contracts pricing structures and partnership agreementsCollaborate with sales teams to support revenue targets and drive market performanceWork with the marketing team to provide focus on new solutions and related duties as assignedExperience and RequirementsExcellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into to travel as technical and sales experience with a variety of products and services automation products preferred but not requiredParticipation in planning and execution to expand market shareEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive resultsdriven approachExtensive sales experienceDeep understanding of distribution and its value proposition to the marketDesire to hire and build high-performance sales teams and establish enduring relationships with customers and key suppliers to increase market share while increasing profitability.5-7 years experience in OEM End User System Integrator and Consulting markets and the ability to increase market share in allStrong Business Development acumenExperience in both high-volume transactions selling as well as longer cycle solution sellingStrong work ethic with proactive communication computer and technical skills including working knowledge of CRM software solutions
