What Youll Do
- Develop and win new client relationships across IT staffing and consulting services
- Create opportunities through networking outreach referrals and in-person meetings
- Partner with hiring managers and technology leaders to solve critical talent challenges
- Sell contract contract-to-hire direct hire and project-based solutions
- Collaborate with a high-performing recruiting team to deliver exceptional results
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of IT staffing or technology services sales experience
- Proven success generating new business and opening new accounts
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Driven competitive and motivated by growth and earnings
